Fluted pans are often known by the trademark name: Bundt. A pan made in Minnesota for a German cake. A baking contest several decades ago made this fluted pan a perennial favourite in kitchens. I love the pan, however, I am not a fan of one-use kitchen tools unless I use them regularly. So, I came up with a list of ways to use a fluted pan. As I develop a recipe for each one I will create a link for access in the website.

A reminder that fluted pans must be WELL greased. Get every nook and cranny! A pastry brush or a clean paper towel works well to apply. Now to the list:

Cinnamon Monkey Bread

Pizza Monkey Bread

Spinach Dip Pull-aparts

Fancy Corn Bread

Breakfast Cheesy Egg

Phyllo Ring-Frittata
