Carefully measure the first 8 ingredients in the order recommended by your bread machine.
Set the course on Basic. Add seeds when the machine signals.
If your machine doesn't notify you when to add special ingredients like nuts and seeds you can add it about 5 minutes before it completes it's kneading cycle. These cycles are typically around 19-22 minutes.
Susy's Tips and Tricks
Don't have milk powder? Use 1/4 cup (60ml) milk and the remaining water.
Breads with extra additions do best with higher gluten flour. If you must use all-purpose flour it would be very helpful to add a tablespoon of vital wheat gluten.
Check that dough ball 5 minutes in to kneading. It should be smooth and slightly tacky. Touch it.
Powdered milk is best added with the dry ingredients as it tends to clump.
You could add 1/3 to 1/2 cup dried cranberries or raisins.
This bread appears to last a bit longer too.
