Who is kidding whom? #cloudbread is nowhere near real bread. Its an eggy pancake of sorts; it only wishes it was bread. But it's high protein, low carb and 1 egg makes 4-5 pancakes. A great way to make low calorie sandwiches. I recommend toasting after baking them... they need it! LOL!
Ingredients

Instructions
Read Susie's Tips and Tricks below
1. Preheat oven to 500F.
2. Carefully divide the egg and set aside the yolk. Whip the egg white with baking powder until stiff peaks form.
3. In another bowl, whisk together egg yolk, yogurt, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
4. Gently fold in the whites to the yolk, then place on parchment paper-lined sheet in 4" diameter circles and bake at 500F for 15 minutes until lightly browned. Once cool, you can re-toast if desired. Store in the fridge.
Susie's Tips and Tricks
Egg whites whip best when they are not so cold. You can quickly warm them by placing the entire egg in some warm tap water for a few minutes.
Double or triple this recipe and use a stand mixer; it will whip those puppies right up!
You could also add some fresh herbs if desired.
